How to test the gloss of the color steel plate at room temperature, using a Sheen Tri-Gloss meter, the incident angle is 60°, first test the gloss of the color-coated plate before winding, and then separately roll After taking the embossing and the embossing on the color-coated plate reproduced in the laboratory, the gloss test was performed, and the average of the grinding machine was measured by multiple measurements.

The laminated sample was placed in a controlled temperature variable temperature chamber, placed at different temperatures for 20 hours, and then placed at room temperature (20 °C) for 3 hours to observe the surface embossing. The positive and negative gloss of the sample before the test (incident angle of 60 degrees) and the front gloss of the sample after the test were measured, and the degree of the embossing was characterized by the gloss change value of the frontal pressure spot before and after the test.

2, the influence of the difference between the front and back gloss on the pressure spot

The relationship between the degree of impregnation at different temperatures and the difference in back-front gloss. Here, the difference between the gloss on the reverse side of the pressed color coated plate minus the gloss on the front side of the pressed color coated plate is defined as Δg, and the gloss at the upper pressed spot is reduced after the pressure spot on the front side of the colored coated plate is reduced. The difference in gloss on the front is defined as ΔG, which may also be referred to as the degree of embossing. The experimental results show that when the test temperature of the tinplate is -10 °C, the surface of the test color coated plate hardly produces embossing or the embossing is very slight, which is difficult to observe by the naked eye. The change in frontal gloss before and after the generation of the embossing is also small and is not affected by Δg. It can be seen that when the test temperature is above 0 °C, the visible embossing phenomenon is visible on the front side of the sample at the same temperature, and the ΔG measured in the test increases with the increase of Δg. And at this time, when the Δg in the test is a positive grinder (ie, the reverse gloss is greater than the front side), the ΔG in the test is positive (ie, the gloss after the test is increased); when the △ bending tester g in the test is negative (ie, the reverse gloss is less than the front side), then the △G in the test is negative (ie, the gloss is reduced after the test). Therefore, when the temperature of the color-coated plate is above 0 °C, the degree of pressure spot generated is related to the anti-frontal gloss of the color-coated plate before the test. At this time, the larger the Δg is, the more obvious the pressure spot is.
